The Business Development Manager owns the development of new business opportunities that drive long-term growth for Prestige. This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers, creating qualified sales opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing accounts, and supporting the sales organization through proactive outreach and lead generation. In addition to business development responsibilities, this role also provides inside sales support by assisting with quoting, proposal development, presentation construction, customer follow-up, and internal sales coordination as business demands require. This position reports directly to the VP of Strategy & Engineering. The Business Development Manager works closely with the Director of Outside Sales to develop and qualify new opportunities and collaborates with the Director of Inside Sales to support quoting, proposal development, and project execution as business demands require. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, organization, persistence, technical curiosity, and the ability to build relationships while balancing multiple priorities.
