Homes by Villatel is expanding its vacation rental portfolio along Florida’s Space Coast and is seeking a driven, self-directed Business Development Manager to lead this growth. This is a field-based, relationship-driven role for a seasoned hospitality or real estate sales professional motivated by financial upside. The role encompasses the full acquisition lifecycle: identifying properties and owners, qualifying them, presenting the program, and executing management agreements. After a contract is signed, the individual will guide the owner through onboarding before handing the relationship to the operations team. The role is expected to evolve into a Florida-wide position with a primary focus on the Orlando corridor, requiring geographic adaptability and market curiosity from the start. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with site leadership, Villatel’s broker network, and the executive team, working under the day-to-day direction of the local General Manager and reporting to the Head of Operations. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role with significant income potential tied to portfolio performance.
