About The Position

Growth at N3XT is where strategy, network effects, and relentless execution meet. The Business Development team is the engine of our expansion, tasked with introducing the security of narrow banking to the world’s most complex markets. We don’t just find leads; we build ecosystems of trust. We are looking for a high-autonomy, bilingual Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the US and Latin American (LAC) markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you will be a "Hunter" with a systems-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between US banking infrastructure and Latam business needs, ensuring our "Meet me @ N3XT" referral engine drives exponential growth across the shipping, payroll, and crypto sectors.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Ops, or Fintech, with a proven ability to operate in a high-growth, high-stakes environment.
  • Bilingual Fluency (Spanish/English): Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages are required to navigate our core LAC target markets.
  • The "Professional Hunter" Mindset: A rare blend of aggressive lead generation hunger and the professional polish required to speak with CFOs, Treasurers, and Founders.
  • Systems Thinking: A belief that a clean CRM, a rigorous process, and a solid referral kit are the most effective tools for scaling a global brand.
  • Network Intelligence: The ability to look past a single lead to see the entire ecosystem of partners and vendors, identifying opportunities for exponential growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience or a deep network within the Crypto/Web3, Global Shipping, or Cross-border Payroll industries.
  • Previous experience managing "land and expand" referral programs or account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding the Funnel: Executing sophisticated multi-channel outreach strategies to engage mid-tier firms and institutional players in high-velocity sectors.
  • Leading LAC Market Expansion: Serving as the primary architect for our Latam strategy—attending regional trade shows, pitching CFOs, and navigating the nuances of cross-border financial needs.
  • Driving the Referral Flywheel: Implementing a systematic "Meet me @ N3XT" process to ensure our clients become our strongest advocates, turning every onboarded firm into a node for new partner referrals.
  • Event Strategy & Execution: Owning the full lifecycle of industry trade shows—from pre-event meeting setting to on-the-ground pitching and rapid post-event onboarding.
  • Developing Sales Enablement: Designing bespoke "Referral Kits" and "Latam Pitch Decks" that translate our value proposition into the specific cultural and economic contexts of the LAC region.
  • Optimizing Sales Operations: Maintaining total ownership of the sales stack and CRM, utilizing data to track leading indicators and refine our acquisition playbook.
