The Business Development team is the engine of our expansion, tasked with introducing the security of narrow banking to the world’s most complex markets. We don’t just find leads; we build ecosystems of trust. We are looking for a high-autonomy, bilingual Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the US and Latin American (LAC) markets. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial & Growth, you will be a "Hunter" with a systems-oriented mindset. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between US banking infrastructure and Latam business needs, ensuring our "Meet me @ N3XT" referral engine drives exponential growth across the shipping, payroll, and crypto sectors.
