About The Position

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be responsible for creating and applying an effective sales strategy. Acquire and Manage new client relationships. Increase New Business revenues by reaching out to the prospect via lead generation, referrals or prospecting. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to increase revenue within existing customer base as well as prospective customer opportunities within assigned territories. Become a subject matter expert on our business products, sales operations and remain up to date with industry news. Partner with Sales teams to create contract winning proposals and prospective clients. Identify client’s in the targeted market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and client’s needs.

  • Ability to present ideas and information concisely, clearly and persuasively, both orally and written.
  • Keeping others informed and practicing effective listening techniques.
  • Ability to respond to customer needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • To understand the needs of the customer and be proactive in meeting those needs.

  • Strive to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, contributing to the success in achieving a set objective.

Responsibilities

  • Support and aggressively develop new accounts, deploy and launch new customers and assist in the boarding process.
  • Quickly assess client industry, client needs, identify business gaps and opportunities to influence on Equifax and partner solutions.
  • Identify clients' internal decision makers and establish Executive Credibility.
  • Manage new business marketing campaigns, support sales campaigns and partnership sales campaigns.
  • Effectively support Field sales campaigns such as Dealers, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Credit Unions etc.
