About The Position

The Business Development Manager leads route-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and team development across Infra Pipes’ Specialty Products portfolio: Gas, Water Tubing, and Electrical. The role owns commercial direction for all three segments, sets each segment’s go-to-market approach, attracts end customers and distribution partners, and builds the team, processes, and partnerships needed to grow revenue. It has direct oversight of sales personnel in these areas and responsibility for expanding the team. It is accountable for Specialty Products financial results, including revenue growth, gross margin, product mix, and new-customer acquisition. The role is based in a strategic location near a major U.S. airport, covers North America, and requires travel of up to 75%. The position reports to the Director of Sales or designate.
