This role is focused on driving implants market share expansion, developing high-potential, low-share accounts to unlock incremental annual revenue, and identifying and activating white space opportunities across geographies and procedure segments. The Business Development Manager will act as a bridge between strategy and field execution, ensuring sharper deployment of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive implants market share expansion through structured identification and conversion of competitive accounts.
  • Develop high-potential, low-share (HPLS) accounts, with a clear mandate to unlock incremental annual revenue.
  • Identify and activate white space opportunities across geographies and procedure segments.
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and field execution, ensuring sharper deployment of growth initiatives.
  • Provides technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers.
  • Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products.
  • May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
  • Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
  • May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
  • Conducts on-site education and consulting, and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  • Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
