About The Position

ServiceMaster Elite is hiring a driven, people-focused Business Development Manager to expand its commercial cleaning services across the New Orleans and Baton Rouge metro areas. The locally owned franchise has served these areas for over 32 years. The role involves developing sales opportunities, building customer relationships, presenting and negotiating service solutions, preparing estimates, and supporting accounts. Compensation includes a base salary of $40,000–$50,000, on-target earnings of $70,000–$90,000, uncapped commission potential, and annual performance bonuses.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of outside sales experience; entry-level candidates with strong drive will be considered.
• Experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successful background check and drug screening.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outreach, networking, research, and cold calls.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers.
• Build strong relationships and represent the brand professionally.
• Present service solutions and negotiate service agreements.
• Scope projects and prepare estimates.
• Maintain accounts and perform customer service and quality checks.
• Track activities and the sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
• Plan and forecast monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
