About The Position

The Business Development Manager - Partners will take the lead in cultivating, nurturing, and expanding key strategic partnerships within the dynamic trading and financial markets sector. The primary mission is to drive the growth of the partner network, amplify the brand’s impact across Latin America, and create enduring value that benefits both clients and the company. This role blends relationship management, business development, and deep industry insight, ensuring partners are equipped with the right support, tools, and guidance to achieve outstanding performance and foster lasting collaborations. The company is a Global Organization and requires an English CV.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner management, account management, institutional sales, or business development within the financial industry, ideally with trading, CFD brokers, fintechs, or related sectors
  • Good understanding of financial products such as Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices, and cryptocurrencies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report KPIs
  • Advanced English and Spanish skills
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events
  • Ability to live the Pepperstone values
  • Committed to ongoing learning and development

Nice To Haves

  • Portuguese is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies for key markets in the region
  • Manage relationships with IBs (Introducing Brokers), affiliates, fund managers, and strategic partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the partner network
  • Support commercial negotiations and maintain strong long-term partner relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, compliance, and support teams to ensure an excellent partner experience
  • Monitor partner performance through key metrics such as trading volume, active clients, and revenues
  • Organize and participate in industry events, seminars, and conferences to strengthen the partner ecosystem
  • Stay updated on trading industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to improve partnership strategies
