This role is responsible for leading commercial strategy and new business development with D3 & NEV customers. Key activities include reviewing RFQ packages, coordinating cross-functional responses, developing pricing strategies, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring customer requirements are translated into internal objectives. The role also requires monitoring program milestones, supporting successful product launch execution, contributing to long-range planning, and leading customer presentations and reviews. Maintaining strong relationships with OEM purchasing, engineering, and program leadership is crucial, as is partnering with innovation teams to identify new product opportunities.
