About The Position

Indyme is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through a dual-channel approach, managing a portfolio of direct accounts while activating and enabling the sales teams of their channel partners. This role involves collaborating with channel partners to advance opportunities, energizing partner sales teams, and leveraging CPG brand relationships to develop new opportunities. The Business Development Manager will own a focused pipeline of Tier-1 retail accounts, manage resellers, track activities in HubSpot CRM, and build brand awareness through social platforms. They will also navigate complex sales cycles, deliver proposals to executives, analyze performance data, and present ROI to partners and customers, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with channel partners to advance opportunities from trial to full rollout
  • Energize partner sales teams and drive retailer adoption of our solutions
  • Leverage existing CPG brand relationships to surface and develop new opportunities
  • Own a focused pipeline of Tier-1 retail accounts (direct and indirect)
  • Manage resellers with target accounts and uncover new applications within existing ones
  • Manage opportunities, forecasting, and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM
  • Build brand awareness and engage prospects through LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Navigate complex capital budgeting processes to close large-scale deals
  • Deliver compelling solution proposals to VP-level executives
  • Analyze performance data and present clear ROI to partners and customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Client Success, and Project Management to ensure a seamless sales experience

Benefits

  • Total compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 (base + performance incentives, with no upside cap)
