We're looking for a Hunter (high commission structure) – a proven Business Development Manager who specializes in selling 3PL warehouse space and distribution center services. You'll be based in Houston and responsible for filling 200,000 square feet by bringing in new clients who need warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution solutions. This is not a relationship management role. This is pure new business development – prospecting, cold calling, networking, and closing deals.
