About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead a 200,000 sq ft distribution facility in Southmain, Houston. This is not a desk job — you'll be on the floor, sleeves rolled up, leading by example alongside your team of 5 staff.

Requirements

• 3+ years in warehouse management, ideally in 3PL distribution
• Hands-on leadership style – leads from the floor, not the office
• Comfortable managing and working alongside 5 staff
• Experience with large-scale warehouses (100k+ sq ft preferred)
• Forklift certified and willing to operate when needed
• WMS knowledge required
• OSHA knowledge and safety-first mindset

Nice To Haves

• CargoWise or similar WMS experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping
• Lead, train, and motivate a small team of 5 warehouse staff
• Maintain accuracy, safety, and efficiency across all functions
• Ensure on-time dispatch and service level compliance
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations
• Operate forklift and warehouse equipment as needed — hands-on required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant facility
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to meet client expectations
