About The Position

Go Auto is looking for a high-performing Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead and grow the Sales and Service BDC operation at Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood. This is not an entry-level coordinator role. We want a proven operator with strong automotive sales experience who can quarterback the entire customer communication process and help drive serious growth. This role has huge upside. The right person will have the opportunity to build and lead a larger BDC team as the department grows.

Requirements

  • Automotive sales, BDC, or dealership leadership experience
  • Proven track record driving appointments, traffic, and revenue
  • Someone fast-paced, competitive, and highly accountable
  • Strong CRM and lead management experience
  • Ability to lead process while still being hands-on
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Someone who sees problems and fixes them instead of waiting to be told

Responsibilities

  • Lead inbound and outbound sales and service lead activity
  • Drive appointment setting, show rates, sold appointments, and service retention
  • Build follow-up processes that create urgency and accountability
  • Work directly with Sales and Service leadership to maximize every customer opportunity
  • Monitor lead response times, CRM activity, missed opportunities, and conversion metrics
  • Coach and support advisors and sales teams on lead handling and customer communication
  • Continuously improve processes, scripts, campaigns, and customer touchpoints
  • Identify new opportunities to increase traffic and revenue across the dealership
