The Business Development Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding Optiline's business-to-business relationships across general contractors, owners, developers, and industry partners. This role will work closely with the Preconstruction team to generate high-quality opportunities, increase market share, and support strategic expansion in core and emerging markets. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, polished communicator with experience in the construction industry, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving organic growth.
