About The Position

We are seeking a powerhouse Business Development Manager to dominate the Raleigh market. This isn't just about selling "cleaning services"—it's about disrupting the status quo of facility management and providing mission-critical solutions to the biggest players in North Carolina. Our Specialty Services team provides high-level custodial and maintenance solutions that keep healthcare facilities, industrial giants, and corporate headquarters running. As our BDM in Raleigh, NC, you aren’t a "vendor." You are a strategic partner. You will aggressively penetrate new markets, bypass gatekeepers, and consult with high-level decision-makers to solve their most complex facility challenges.

Requirements

  • You are a Hunter: You don't wait for the phone to ring. You cold-call, network, and kick down doors because you love the win.
  • You are Resilient: "No" is just the start of the conversation for you. You have the grit to handle a high-transaction cycle without losing your edge.
  • You are a Relationship Architect: You can walk into a manufacturing plant or a boardroom and immediately command respect and build trust.
  • You are a Closer: You have at least 5 years of B2B experience proving you don't just "talk"—you sign contracts and exceed quotas.
  • You are Local & Mobile: You know the Raleigh/Triangle landscape and you're ready to be face-to-face with clients daily.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close commercial accounts ranging from office towers to healthcare systems.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Conduct high-energy presentations that show prospects why their current provider is failing them.
  • Master the Tech: Use Salesforce to track your wins and forecast your future commissions.
  • Collaborate: Work side-by-side with our ops team to ensure a seamless transition from "Sold" to "Service."
