About The Position

Paul Davis provides professional residential and commercial emergency restoration services for disasters of all sizes. From water and flood damage, to fire damage and mold remediation, Paul Davis franchise professionals are available 24/7 to clean up and repair damage to residential and commercial property. Founded in 1966, Paul Davis is a rapidly growing network of more than 370 independently owned and operated franchises in the United States and Canada. Paul Davis will grow to become over a $2 Billion business in the next 5 years. This is a full-time position requiring 40+ hours per week. The role involves increasing awareness of the Paul Davis brand, promoting its services, and building industry relationships. The compensation includes a strong base salary commensurate with experience plus commission and bonus opportunities. Medical, dental, and vision coverage are offered, along with a 401(k) with company match. Paid time off, sick days, and paid holidays are provided. A cell phone and computer are supplied by the company. The territory covers Southeast Missouri, Carbondale, Paducah & surrounding areas. Paul Davis is an equal opportunity employer.

Requirements

  • Marketing, Public Relations or Communications degree
  • Two or more years’ sales and marketing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with current and potential clients through B2B, organized events, and cold calling
  • Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent Business-To-Business visits
  • Manage marketing programs found on the Marketing Activity Planner (MAP)
  • Ensure staff uses the Paul Davis brand correctly in accordance with Brand Standards
  • Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
  • Collaborate with the franchisor, read weekly communications, and schedule consistent meetings with the Regional Marketing Manager
  • Manage social media accounts, post relative content and graphics, monitor all reviews and feedback and reply/ follow-up accordingly
  • Attend business networking functions to promote the business
  • Coordinate and manage community and charitable events
  • Schedule, manage, and present Continuing Education courses
  • Research local trade shows and coordinate Paul Davis booth set-up
  • Attend training courses and annual conference seminars as requested
  • Any other duties and responsibilities may be assigned on a needed basis
