We are a fast-moving, high-growth company with aggressive commercial targets and a world-class technical team. We are looking for a driven, technically credible Business Development Manager to own our commercial pipeline and grow revenue. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you will identify and close new customers, manage strategic accounts, and represent Smarter Alloys at industry events worldwide. You will work directly with the CEO and technical team to translate our advanced materials capabilities into commercial opportunities. This is not a marketing role. You will be a hunter. You will generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, trade show engagement, and relationship building. Our customers are engineers and procurement managers at medical device OEMs, automotive and aerospace companies, and industrial manufacturers. You need to hold a credible technical conversation and navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
