About The Position

This hybrid Account and Business Development Manager role is a high-impact position designed for a dynamic, analytical, and highly motivated professional. As a key contributor to Calipsa's growth, you will leverage your expertise in video security and surveillance to cultivate deep client relationships and aggressively expand our market presence. This is an opportunity to take significant ownership within a results-driven commercial team from day one.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in video surveillance, analytics, or physical security technologies.
  • Mastery of the enterprise SaaS sales process, from cold prospecting (LinkedIn, email, phone) to final negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical solutions as compelling value propositions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding performance KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools to optimize sales workflows and data management.
  • Willingness to travel (moderate driving and flying); residency near a major airport is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in one of the following: Sales, Video or Physical Security

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value business opportunities to drive net-new revenue for the Calipsa platform.
  • Orchestrate seamless customer hand-offs from initial sale to onboarding, ensuring an exceptional first experience with our technology.
  • Cultivate long-term, trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors to deeply understand their operational challenges.
  • Quantify and present the unique value Calipsa delivers, ensuring clients recognize the ROI through clear, data-driven insights.
  • Drive organic growth within existing accounts by identifying opportunities for product expansion and upselling core solutions.
  • Secure contract renewals by optimizing revenue streams and proactively minimizing client churn.
  • Synthesize client feedback and market trends to influence the product roadmap and collaborate cross-functionally to refine service delivery.
