About The Position

As a Business Development Manager for Therapists & Specialists (m/f/d) at Fairment, you will be instrumental in shaping and launching our go-to-market strategy for this crucial channel. You will work closely with the management team to finalize the channel model, developing a digital playbook that integrates both digital and in-person approaches. A core part of your role will be to attract, technically empower, and retain key multipliers such as naturopaths, nutritionists, doctors, and pharmacists, transforming them into loyal partners. You will leverage AI-powered research and automation to focus your personal time on high-impact conversations. You will also serve as the technical voice of Fairment, contributing your expertise to webinars, training sessions, and expert circles to establish Fairment as a leading authority in gut health. Additionally, you will conduct one-on-one consultations with end customers to maintain a deep understanding of your target audience's needs and our product foundation. Your responsibilities will extend to opening new B2B channels, including larger practices, clinics, and companies, as well as the pharmacy sector through wholesale and listing. You will define deal structures for each channel, integrate multipliers into our existing affiliate program, and collaborate with Brand Activation to ensure appropriate point-of-sale materials are available. Furthermore, you will establish the channel as a systematic operation by implementing CRM, automation, and clear metrics to track channel costs and revenue. You will also feed product insights from the field back into portfolio development and, in a subsequent phase, build and lead the team that supports the channel.
