About The Position

Delta Security Service is seeking a motivated, professional, and driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base throughout Arizona. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective clients, preparing proposals, and helping grow our recurring security services contracts. This is an outside sales role focused on building long-term relationships with commercial properties, HOAs, apartment communities, construction sites, industrial facilities, retail centers, medical facilities and other businesses requiring professional security and patrol services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside sales or business development experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Nice To Haves

  • Security industry experience
  • Former Security Account Manager, Operations Manager, Branch Manager, or Business Development Manager
  • Experience selling contract services
  • Experience working with HOAs, multifamily housing, commercial properties, or construction companies
  • Arizona Guard Card or prior security experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct in-person sales presentations and site visits
  • Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, business owners, HOA organizations and decision-makers
  • Prepare and deliver security service proposals
  • Follow up on leads and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry meetings
  • Coordinate with operations staff to develop tailored security solutions
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities
