As a world leader in creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient climate solutions for buildings, homes and transportation, Trane Technologies is seeking a remote Business Development Manager (Rental). This role is ideal for a senior sales professional with experience negotiating high-value projects and contracts with large national/global customers (owners and contractors), preferably in the rental industry. The position involves developing internal and external customer relationships at all management levels. The primary goal is to increase market share and grow rental revenue within Trane's key account customer base and strategic contractor partners. Success will be measured by rental revenue achieved within Trane Key Account and Strategic Program Business Units, as well as the addition of master rental agreements with new and existing Trane partnerships.
