About The Position

We’re a fast-growing restoration and remodeling company in New Jersey expanding our plumber referral network — and we’re looking for someone who knows how to build relationships in the trades. This is not cold-calling homeowners. You’ll be working directly with plumbers and plumbing companies who already uncover water damage every day — and turning those situations into real revenue opportunities. If you already have contacts in plumbing or the trades, you can ramp up fast and start earning quickly.

Requirements

• Plumbing sales reps
• Former plumbers or trade professionals
• B2B sales reps in construction, HVAC, or home services
• Independent networkers or relationship-driven salespeople

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with local plumbers and plumbing companies
• Position our services as their go-to partner for: Water damage mitigation, Mold remediation, Insurance reconstruction, Bathroom & kitchen remodels
• Generate referral partnerships and drive consistent job flow
• Track referrals and coordinate handoffs with our internal team
• Follow up on leads and help move jobs to inspection/estimate stage
• Stay engaged with partners to keep referrals coming in
