About The Position
This pre-apprenticeship training prepares individuals for a career in the Commercial Plumbing trade. It is designed for those seeking full-time employment and a career in Plumbing construction. Upon successful completion, participants will be referred for a 10-week internship with a West Alabama Electrical Contractor. The training program is intensive, requiring a significant time commitment.
Requirements
- Age 19 - 32
- High school diploma or GED
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Seeking full-time employment
- Seeking a career in the Plumbing construction trade
- Attend in-person interviews & aptitude assessment for acceptance
Responsibilities
- Train to become a Commercial Plumber.
- Complete a 10-week internship with a West Alabama Electrical Contractor upon successful course completion.
