About The Position

KnowledgeBrief is seeking talented and ambitious Business Development Managers to join their Enterprise & SME Teams. This role involves building meaningful relationships and helping clients choose the right apprenticeship solutions. Apprenticeships are central to KnowledgeBrief's mission of empowering professionals, strengthening organizational culture, and supporting businesses to thrive. The company is expanding its portfolio with new, future-focused apprenticeships in areas like Data, AI, and Sustainability. The Business Development Managers will sell across a range of programs, including Business Administrator, Data Analyst, Project Manager, AI & Automation Practitioner, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, Service Designer, Business Analyst, and People Professional apprenticeships. This is an opportunity to represent programs that genuinely transform careers and organizations.

Requirements

  • Proven success in telesales or business development (essential)
  • A target-driven, motivated approach
  • Warmth, confidence, and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Passion for leadership, learning, and helping others grow
  • Organisation, resilience, and adaptability

  • Experience selling apprenticeships or training (desirable, not essential)

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Use a blend of cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and marketing-supported outreach
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, from HR and L&D leaders to C-suite executives
  • Tailor your approach to different industries and organisational needs
  • Manage a consultative sales process from first contact to enrolment
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team culture
