The company covers both well-known and lesser-known locales, with experts guiding clients through in-depth, thematic topics to reveal the DNA of a place. The individual will work closely with the sales team lead to support and expand the travel advisor channel by building relationships, driving engagement, and contributing to a fast-growing part of the business. Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in travel, sales, or a related field
  • Interest in (or exposure to) the travel advisor ecosystem
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and basic data to guide decisions
  • Strong communication skills—you can build relationships, hold a conversation, and clearly share ideas
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel (~15%) and represent the brand in person

Nice To Haves

  • Have relationships with travel advisors or agencies
  • Have experience with webinars, trainings, or events

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with key agency contacts, travel advisors, and partners
  • Support and lead webinars, trainings, and 1:1 advisor conversations
  • Assist in executing conference strategy (before, during, and after events)
  • Prospect and onboard new advisors
  • Create and contribute to sales materials (presentations, emails, toolkit content)
  • Use CRM tools (Hubspot) to manage outreach, workflows, and communications
  • Track performance and use data to inform next steps
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams
  • Identify challenges and help work toward solutions
