Business Development & Growth Analyst

Cooper Machinery Services BrandSt. Rose, LA
Onsite

About The Position

Since 1833, Cooper Machinery Services has been the OEM behind legendary product lines — Cooper-Bessemer™, Ajax™, Superior™, Gemini, and more — serving more than 22,000 units in our global installed base. Growing that legacy takes more than instinct; it takes sharp analysis, market insight, and the ability to turn data into a plan the whole business can act on. As our Business Development & Growth Analyst, you'll be the person connecting the dots — studying market trends, sizing up the competitive landscape, and partnering with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to find our next opportunity for growth. This is a great fit for someone who's as comfortable building a MEKKO chart as they are presenting it to a room full of stakeholders — someone who wants their analysis to directly shape strategy, not just sit in a report.

  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, strategy, or a similar analytical role
  • Proficient with MEKKO charts and other analytical tools
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • A track record of building business relationships and collaborating across teams
  • A strategic thinker who can translate market insight into a clear, actionable plan
  • A confident communicator who can present findings clearly to stakeholders at every level
  • Organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
