About The Position

FASTSIGNS is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our presence in the Tulsa and Oklahoma City markets. This is not a retail sales position. We are looking for a professional relationship builder who enjoys meeting with business owners, facility managers, marketing teams, manufacturers, schools, healthcare organizations, and corporate decision-makers to identify opportunities and help solve visual communication challenges. If you are self-motivated, enjoy connecting with people, and want to build a long-term book of business with strong earning potential, we want to talk to you. Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, account management, business development, or related experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability
  • Ability to manage time and priorities independently
  • Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Sign industry experience is NOT required.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face client meetings
  • Identify opportunities within existing customer accounts
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision makers
  • Collaborate with our inside sales, design, production, and installation teams
  • Present solutions that help clients improve branding, safety, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Manage opportunities through our CRM system
  • Achieve monthly sales activity and revenue goals
