As our next Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Automotive Tech, or related field or one year in a sales, business development, or marketing role preferred and 3 - 5+ years in a sales, business development, or marketing role
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, over the phone, and in person.
  • Comfortable soliciting new business and meeting new people.
  • Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.
  • Ability to communicate strategically and creatively required
  • Flexible with the ability to work with a variety of customers and their needs
  • Exceptional customer management skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Experience using CRM systems for account development and management
  • Experience in the heavy equipment industry required
  • Knowledge of the transportation/truck industry required
  • A curious mindset with an entrepreneurial "pioneering spirit," strong integrity, and a passion for continuous professional development.

Nice To Haves

  • Commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred, or the ability and willingness to obtain a CDL.

Responsibilities

  • Networking and relationship-building within the industry by participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking groups.
  • Developing and managing commercial accounts for all areas of our business - Service, Parts, New & Used Truck, Lease & Rental.
  • Owning the entire sales cycle for New & Used Truck and Service and working closely with other department sales executives to close business (Parts, Lease, & Rental, etc.).
  • Offering innovative solutions by proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and developing creative solutions to address challenges faced by the company or its clients.
  • Taking calculated risks and venturing into uncharted territory to explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.
  • Performing other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.
