About The Position

PiTech Solutions seeks experienced Business Development Executives with established relationships in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) to represent our data governance, security, and AI solutions. This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role for professionals who can leverage their industry network to generate substantial income. Drive new business development within the BFSI sector by identifying opportunities for data governance, security compliance, and practical AI implementations. You'll leverage your existing relationships and industry credibility to position PiTech's government-grade security and AI capabilities to financial institutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years business development or sales experience in BFSI sector
  • Proven network of relationships at director level and above in financial institutions
  • Track record of closing complex enterprise deals
  • Understanding of BFSI compliance, regulatory frameworks, and data governance requirements
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with commission-based compensation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop opportunities within banking, financial services, and insurance organizations
  • Position data governance, security, and AI solutions to C-level executives and technology leaders
  • Manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract closure
  • Develop strategic account plans leveraging your BFSI relationships
  • Coordinate with PiTech technical teams for solution design and pre-sales support
  • Focus on AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI opportunities within financial institutions
