Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We’re looking for a mid-senior level Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Oakland office and help accelerate pipeline generation across our Commercial and Enterprise business segments. This role is ideal for someone with 9+ months of experience in technology sales who thrives in outbound prospecting, account research, and consultative discovery conversations. Experience selling into data, analytics, cloud, or infrastructure teams is a strong plus. As a BDR at Fivetran, you’ll partner closely with Account Executives to identify and engage target accounts, multi-thread into strategic organizations, and generate qualified pipeline through personalized outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. You’ll work directly with modern data leaders and technical buyers at fast-growing and enterprise organizations evaluating cloud data infrastructure, analytics modernization, AI initiatives, and data integration strategies. This is a full-time position based out of our Oakland office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including three days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
