About The Position

This is an application to join Dragonfly's Talent Network, which connects individuals with opportunities across their portfolio companies. They are actively sourcing for Business Development talent for multiple portfolio companies that operate at the intersection of crypto markets, derivatives, perps, and/or options, spanning both CeFi and DeFi. The roles are for junior to mid-level positions and require deep crypto markets knowledge, not generalist business development skills. The location for these roles is NYC.

Requirements

• 2+ years on an institutional sales desk
• Options brokerage experience required
• At least 1 year in crypto institutional sales
• Deep understanding of derivatives, options, and/or perps, and trading workflows across CeFi and DeFi
• Strong network within the crypto and institutional trading community
• Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding revenue goals

Nice To Haves

• Electronic trading experience a strong plus
• Basic SQL or Python skills a bonus

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding through ongoing engagement
• Drive new business and expand existing relationships across the Americas
• Educate clients on product features, workflows, and technical nuances
• Liaise between clients and internal teams including Engineering, Product, and Compliance
• Prepare and present detailed client activity reports to management
