About The Position
Dragonfly is a crypto-native Venture Capital and research firm with $3.6B+ in assets under management and 160+ portfolio companies. Our Talent team connects people with roles across our portfolio, opening the door to opportunities through our Talent Network. This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly. We're actively sourcing for product roles across multiple portfolio companies in the payments space. Roles span from mid-level IC to senior leadership. All require someone commercially minded, startup scrappy, and deeply fluent in payments.
Requirements
- Payments domain expertise
- Startup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast
- Commercially minded, thinking about revenue and business outcomes
- Strong operator instincts
- Deeply fluent in payments
Responsibilities
- Own product vision and strategy (Head of Product)
- Execution-focused product management (Product Manager)
- Work closely with engineering and commercial teams
- Go from strategy to execution without hand-holding
