Business Development Coordinator

Socha Capital•Austin, TX
•$70,000 - $105,000•Remote

About The Position

Socha Capital is hiring a Business Development Coordinator to own the prospect journey for its wealth management firm, from initial inbound lead through screening, scheduling, meeting preparation, notes and follow-up, document requests, and signed paperwork. The role also manages the CEO’s calendar so his time is focused on the meetings that matter most. The position is remote and Austin-based, with occasional in-person work. The coordinator responds to inbound leads promptly, primarily by phone, qualifies prospects, and persistently follows up with leads who have not booked or who fall off the calendar. The role prepares the CEO for meetings, maintains accurate records in Redtail, coordinates prospect communications and documents, and reports on pipeline activity. Success is measured through speed to lead, meetings held, show rate, meeting readiness, timely notes and follow-up, reengagement, CRM accuracy, and communication. Socha Capital is a multi-family-office advisory firm serving entrepreneurs, business builders, and executives, with aggregate client value of more than $5 billion. Its stated values are Growth, Communication, Reliability, and Respect. The role offers a $60,000–$75,000 base salary, plus annual incentives of $10,000–$30,000 tied to results, for total target compensation of $70,000–$105,000. Benefits include a health reimbursement arrangement and unlimited PTO with approval. The role offers direct exposure to how a wealth firm wins and serves clients, with potential for increased responsibility as the employee proves themself.
