About The Position

Ancira Patriot Buick GMC is seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for many prospective buyers and play a key role in building trust through timely, professional communication. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, comfortable appearing on camera, and excited to represent the Buick and GMC brands using modern digital tools including personalized video messaging.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience preferred)
  • Comfortable appearing on camera and using video communication tools (e.g., Snapcell, Covideo, or similar)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and presentation
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication platforms
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and email inquiries
  • Record and send personalized video messages to introduce yourself, answer questions, and showcase Buick and GMC inventory
  • Set and confirm customer appointments with the Sales Team
  • Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and phone prospects
  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the customer buying journey
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, notes, and appointment statuses in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Product Specialists to ensure a seamless experience
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly lead response, appointment, and follow-up goals
