About The Position
Johnson City Ford, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated and career-driven Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to join their service team. Hudson Automotive Group is a large and rapidly expanding automotive dealer group in the Southeast U.S. dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals with prior Customer Service or Retail sales experience looking to advance their careers within a growing organization.
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service or High-volume Retail sales experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Bi-lingual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate business development efforts for the service department.
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
- Support the sales and service teams.
