Gerald Jones Mazda is seeking a Phone Sales & Internet BDC Specialist to join their team in Augusta, GA. This role is crucial in adapting to the changing automotive industry where customers increasingly shop online. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships, creating excitement, and providing an exceptional customer experience before a customer even visits the dealership. This position is for someone who is energized by making numerous calls daily, comfortable sending personalized videos, and enjoys engaging with people to create a memorable online buying experience.

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ outbound calls each day to connect with customers.
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and text messages.
  • Send personalized introduction and vehicle walkaround videos that build trust and excitement.
  • Create meaningful conversations that lead to showroom appointments.
  • Deliver an exceptional online buying experience from first contact to showroom arrival.
  • Welcome customers when they arrive and provide a seamless transition to the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed CRM notes and execute consistent follow-up.
  • Help create lifelong customers through outstanding communication and service.
