As the primary lead for our most complex agreements, you will personally negotiate the contracts that sit between our physical data center assets and our digital products. Your main goal is to act as an air traffic controller for our inventory, ensuring every megawatt we own is driving the highest possible return. You will define our off-take strategy by deciding whether to lease raw data center space to hyperscalers or run the capacity ourselves as cloud clusters. You will lead negotiations for our largest contracts, managing the process from the initial term sheet through to the final legal redlines. You will balance physical inventory with digital demand to ensure we maximize utilization and eliminate unused capacity across our footprint. You will partner with finance and infrastructure teams to align our commercial deals with our actual power and site constraints.
