About The Position

As the primary lead for our most complex agreements, you will personally negotiate the contracts that sit between our physical data center assets and our digital products. Your main goal is to act as an air traffic controller for our inventory, ensuring every megawatt we own is driving the highest possible return.

Requirements

  • Background in data center colocation or cloud infrastructure, specifically managing large-scale wholesale leases.
  • Personally closed multi-million dollar deals and are comfortable sitting across the table from global tech leaders.
  • Understand how to structure complex agreements that include tiered pricing, capacity reservations, and service level guarantees.
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical power and space requirements into clear business value.
  • Excited to work in a fast-paced environment and help build a world-class commercial hub in Miami.

Responsibilities

  • Define our off-take strategy by deciding whether to lease raw data center space to hyperscalers or run the capacity ourselves as cloud clusters.
  • Lead negotiations for our largest contracts, managing the process from the initial term sheet through to the final legal redlines.
  • Balance physical inventory with digital demand to ensure we maximize utilization and eliminate unused capacity across our footprint.
  • Partner with finance and infrastructure teams to align our commercial deals with our actual power and site constraints.
