About The Position

One of our clients is seeking a motivated and professional Business Development & Client Relations Associate to join their growing team in Broward County, Florida. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in business development, client relations, staffing, recruiting, or the software and technology industry.

Requirements

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software platforms
• Experience working in or around the software/technology industry is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to grow professionally
• Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, or recruiting tools is preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and client outreach efforts
• Assist with maintaining and growing client relationships
• Conduct market and prospect research
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Support recruiting and staffing operations as needed
• Utilize CRM platforms and other business software tools
• Collaborate with internal teams on growth and operational initiatives
