About The Position

Green Ford is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and people-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join their growing team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the initial point of contact for many customers, responsible for creating a positive customer experience by managing internet leads, following up with potential buyers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, and customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• Build relationships with customers through phone, text, and email
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff to the dealership
• Follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers
• Meet and exceed monthly appointment and performance goals
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction
