About The Position

The Business Development Center (BDC) Representative is the first point of contact for many customers and plays a critical role in creating a positive customer experience, generating appointments, and connecting customers with the right sales professional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and being part of a winning team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software and CRM systems
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat
  • Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries promptly
  • Build rapport with customers and gather information about their vehicle needs
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
  • Work closely with management and sales staff to help drive dealership success
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
