About The Position

Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join their growing team. As a BDC Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of their customers. Your role is critical in creating a positive customer experience, generating appointments, and helping connect customers with the right sales professional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and being part of a winning team.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software and CRM systems
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, text, and online chat
  • Follow up with internet leads and customer inquiries promptly
  • Build rapport with customers and gather information about their vehicle needs
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Work closely with management and sales staff to help drive dealership success
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
