About The Position

This is a DoD SkillBridge Internship opportunity for a Business Development & Capture Manager at LEAP, a dual-use space logistics company. The role involves supporting defense growth strategy through pipeline development, capture planning, and contracting pathway analysis. The intern will help identify and pursue government opportunities, support proposals, and track potential contracts, which is similar to requirements development or acquisition planning work in the military. LEAP is focused on building vehicles, infrastructure, and technologies for rapid movement of goods on Earth and in orbit, operating at the intersection of aerospace and advanced manufacturing.

Requirements

• Active duty U.S. Military Members who qualify for the DoD SkillBridge Program.
• Active duty within 180 days of separation.
• Relevant leadership or operational experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• U.S. Person status required.
