About The Position

As part of Manulife Investments, you’ll join a high-performing wholesaling team alongside a District Vice President and a Business Development Manager. Your mission? Requirements

  • Post-secondary education.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Clear communication skills, ability to work well in a team, and stay calm under pressure.
  • A passion for learning and growing in the wealth management space.
  • Bilingual (French & English) is required to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Nice To Haves

  • CSC or IFIC certification.
  • CFA level 1.
  • Experience in mutual funds or financial planning.
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with Salesforce and SAP Concur.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and key internal partners.
  • Contribute to the annual territory business plan and help execute it.
  • Prepare reports, fund proposals, and provide guidance on policies and regulations.
  • Schedule meetings, manage budgets, and coordinate weekly team sessions.
  • Organize impactful advisor and industry events from planning to execution.
  • Manage email campaigns, track results, and keep communication flowing.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external partners.
