The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal company committed to enhancing lives, communities, and the environment through donation, recycling, and sustainable disposal practices. We work with homeowners, businesses, property managers, real estate professionals, and local organizations throughout Central New Jersey. We are seeking a highly motivated Remote Business Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities and referral partnerships through outbound communication and online relationship building. This is a fully remote, commission-only role ideal for someone experienced in cold calling, cold email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, appointment setting, lead generation, and pipeline development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, high activity levels, and the ability to consistently generate new opportunities without direct supervision. This role focuses on generating commercial junk removal leads, referral partnerships, property management relationships, realtor and contractor relationships, and strategic local business accounts.
