Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, energetic, and coachable Business Development Associate to join our Enterprise Sales team in Eden Prairie, MN! If a career in sales interests you, this is where to start. As a Business Development Associate, you will be crucial in driving our growth and expanding our market presence. This role resides within our Taylor Sales Academy, which develops and promotes early-career sales talent into open sales roles across the business. Responsibilities

  • Engage and convert inbound sales leads by delivering meaningful, value-driven conversations around Taylor solutions
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective clients to drive long-term growth and successful partnerships
  • Work closely with a Sales Intern to execute team strategies and improve sales effectiveness
  • Invest in daily personal development through podcasts, books, videos, and other learning resources
  • Share insights, wins, and key takeaways during weekly team meetings and 1-on-1 conversations
  • Build strong internal relationships across the organization to support collaboration and long-term career development
