The Business Development Account Manager is responsible for promoting the full range of LifeLabs services to corporate and SMB accounts within assigned business segments. This role executes corporate strategies and segment plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen long-term customer relationships to achieve established sales targets. The incumbent is accountable for sourcing, securing, and onboarding new business and managing existing client relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and consistent delivery of value. Leveraging a comprehensive understanding of LifeLabs’ product and service offerings, the Business Development Account Manager identifies opportunities to introduce new solutions that support revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Some travel may be required. This role is SIP eligible.
