About The Position

Apple Canada is hiring a Corporate to Consumer (C2C) Business Development Account Executive to devise and drive the strategy, partnerships, and execution behind one of our most dynamic growth channels: bringing Apple products to Canadians via the country's leading Loyalty & Rewards programs and Customer Acquisition programs. C2C is a rapidly growing and strategically important channel in Apple Canada’s Consumer business. Through leading a portfolio of top partners in banking, investing, and travel/loyalty, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build programs, partnerships, and playbooks that help millions of Canadians discover and acquire Apple products through their favourite brands. The ideal candidate is a commercially rigorous operator with an entrepreneurial mindset: someone who can land a quarter, design a multi-year program, and move comfortably between a partner's C-suite and Apple's internal cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Generally requires 5 - 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, channel sales, or strategic account management — ideally within the loyalty, financial services, retail, or consumer technology industries.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing consumer-facing acquisition and/or loyalty redemption programs at scale.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements with senior partner stakeholders.
  • Strong financial acumen — comfortable building business cases, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Legal/Contracts teams.
  • Experience using Generative AI, Excel, and Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and drive the strategy for Apple Canada's Loyalty, Rewards, and Financial partner portfolio — operating with an entrepreneurial mindset to shape the future of the channel.
  • Devise and drive the end-to-end strategy across partners; diagnose gaps, prioritize investment, and build scalable program models.
  • Diversify into new verticals (banking, investing, travel, rewards).
  • Cultivate C-suite relationships and negotiate commercial constructs — incentives, funding, campaign mechanics — that unlock partner growth.
  • Design consumer acquisition and redemption campaigns across the Apple lineup; connect teams to move bold ideas through to closure with pace.
  • Own forecast, KPIs, and CLT/SLT reporting; integrating this channel into the broader Apple Canada growth strategy.
