About The Position

Business Developers will prospect small-medium businesses, conduct and present demos face to face with owners, manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce, and acquire new clients. The role involves a significant amount of cold calling to book initial demos. There is a clear timeline for growth, starting with a 3-month training period, followed by a period to prove competencies and memorize presentation scripts. Successful Business Developers can expect to be promoted to Senior Business Developer and then to Director within 1 to 1.5 years.

Requirements

  • Self motivated and driven
  • Proven sales experience
  • Outbound cold calling experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business

Responsibilities

  • Prospect 25 small-medium businesses weekly
  • Spend 25% of their time cold calling to book initial demos
  • Conduct & present demos face to face with owners
  • Manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce
  • Acquire 1-3 new clients monthly
