About The Position

Business Developers will prospect 25 small-medium businesses weekly, spend 25% of their time cold calling to book initial demos, conduct and present demos face to face with owners, manage their sales pipeline in Salesforce, and acquire 1-3 new clients monthly. The role includes a timeline for growth with 3 months of training (1 month of hands-on boot camp style training and 2 months to prove competencies and memorize presentation scripts), followed by 6 months as a successful Business Developer, 3-4 months as a Senior Business Developer, and promotion to Director within 1 to 1.5 years.

Requirements

  • Self motivated and driven
  • Proven sales experience
  • Outbound cold calling experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • 2+ years of face to face & cold calling experience

Nice To Haves

  • Preferable high ticket sales experience with small business
